1. Who is responsible for your data
NursePulse Studio is responsible for the personal information described in this policy (the "data controller" under EU and UK law). You can reach us at nursepulsestudio@gmail.com for any privacy request.
2. What we collect
- Order information: your name, email address, billing country and details, the products you buy and the order total. We need your email to deliver your files.
- Payment information: payments are processed by Shopify and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card number.
- Messages: what you write when you email us, for example about a download or a refund.
- Device and usage information: your IP address, browser, device type and the pages you view, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
We don't ask for health information and we don't need it. Please don't send us information about real patients.
3. How we use it
- To process your order, deliver your download links and send you order and update emails.
- To answer your messages and handle refunds under our Refund Policy.
- To keep the store secure and prevent fraud.
- To understand how the store is used and improve it.
- To show our ads to people who may be interested, for example on Facebook and Instagram, if you allow advertising cookies.
- To send you study tips or offers by email, only if you sign up. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To meet our legal and tax obligations.
4. Legal bases (EU, EEA and UK)
We process your information to perform our contract with you (your order), to meet legal obligations (for example tax records), on the basis of our legitimate interests (store security, fraud prevention, improving the store), and with your consent (advertising cookies and marketing emails). You can withdraw consent at any time.
5. Who we share it with
- Shopify, which hosts our store, processes payments and delivers the files. Shopify's own use of data is described in the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy.
- Payment providers that process your payment at checkout.
- Advertising and analytics partners, such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), when you allow those cookies.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
We don't sell your personal information for money.
6. Cookies and your choices
We use cookies that the store needs to work (your cart and checkout), plus optional cookies for analytics and advertising. Where the law requires it, optional cookies are used only after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your mind at any time from your browser settings or on our Your Privacy Choices page. We honor the Global Privacy Control signal where it applies.
7. How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting laws require, usually up to 10 years. We keep emails with you for as long as needed to help you, then delete them. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.
8. International transfers
Our service providers may process your information outside your country, including in the United States. Where the law requires it, these transfers are protected by recognized safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain uses, to withdraw consent, and to opt out of targeted advertising or the "sharing" of your information. We will answer within the time the law requires, and we won't treat you differently for asking. If you live in the EU, EEA or UK, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
10. Children
Our store is meant for nursing students and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you think a child has given us personal information, write to us and we'll delete it.
11. Security
Our store runs on Shopify's secure platform and checkout. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send sensitive information by email.

We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
