These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to everything you do on this website and to every purchase you make from NursePulse Studio ("we", "us", "our"). By using the website or buying a product, you agree to these Terms, to our Privacy Policy and to our Refund Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the website.
1. Who can buy
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to make a purchase. You agree to give accurate information at checkout, including an email address you can access, because that's where your files are delivered.
2. Our products
- We sell digital study materials for nursing students and NCLEX-RN candidates, delivered as PDF files. Nothing is shipped. Photos on the website show the files printed or on a tablet.
- Study aid, not medical advice. We are not doctors or licensed clinicians. Our materials come from our own study experience and research in public sources such as the NCSBN test plan, FDA drug labels and published guidelines. They do not replace your nursing program, current clinical references, a licensed professional or your facility's policies. Never use them to make decisions about real patient care. - We describe our products as accurately as we can. Page counts and contents may be updated to fix errors or improve clarity.
- Independent publisher. NCLEX® and NCLEX-RN® are registered trademarks of the National Council of State Boards of Nursing, Inc. (NCSBN), which does not sponsor or endorse NursePulse Studio or its products.
3. Orders and prices
- Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout.
- Each purchase is a one-time payment. There are no subscriptions.
- We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of suspected fraud or an obvious pricing error. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we refund it in full.
- Prices and products may change over time. Changes don't affect orders already placed.
4. Delivery
- After checkout, you get access to your files on the order confirmation page and by email.
- Download links may have a limited number of downloads or an expiry date. Please save your files to your device. If you lose access, write to us and we'll help.
5. Your license to use the materials
When you buy a product, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use it. This means:
- You may download the files, use them on your own devices (including note-taking apps such as GoodNotes and Notability), and print as many copies as you need for your own study.
- You may not share, forward, upload, resell, or distribute the files or printed copies, in whole or in part, including to classmates or study groups, or use them for paid tutoring, courses or any commercial purpose, unless we give you written permission.
All content on this website and in our products, including text, tables, questions, flashcards, graphics, photos and our logo, belongs to NursePulse Studio or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other laws.
6. Refunds and the 30-day money-back guarantee
Refunds, including our 30-day money-back guarantee, are covered by our Refund Policy.
7. Educational content, not a promise of results
- Our materials help you organize and practice what the NCLEX-RN tests. How much they help depends on you and how you study. We don't promise that you will pass any exam.
- Practice questions are written to reflect common nursing references and current guidelines. They are not official NCLEX items.
- If you find a mistake, please tell us. We correct errors and send updated files to customers.
8. Reviews, feedback and messages
If you send us feedback, suggestions or corrections, we may use them to improve our products without owing you anything. We publish a review, your name or your photo only with your permission, and you can ask us to remove it at any time.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the website to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, to upload harmful code, to attempt unauthorized access, to scrape or copy our content in bulk, or to interfere with the website's operation. We may restrict access for anyone who does.
10. Third-party services
Our store runs on Shopify, and payments are handled by third-party payment providers. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms. We aren't responsible for third-party websites that we link to.
11. Disclaimer
To the extent allowed by law, the website and our products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. This doesn't affect any warranty that cannot be excluded under the law that applies to you.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. Some places don't allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
13. Indemnity
You agree to hold us harmless from claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our products, including sharing or reselling our files.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where NursePulse Studio is established. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of any mandatory consumer laws of the place where you live, and nothing in these Terms takes that protection away.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
16. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These Terms, together with the policies linked above, are the entire agreement between you and us about your use of the website and your purchases.
